Kiddie Academy of Chatham Hills – Westfield

I’m not one to post reviews however, I felt this one was necessary. I cannot say enough great things about this place! Kiddie Academy Chatham Hills has a WONDERFUL staff - the director, Cassandra is great to work with and we absolutely love our infant teachers Ms. Mackenzie & Ms. Miranda and our toddler teachers Ms. Ouiza & Ms. Mackenzie! My daughter started when she was 10 months old and we toured several daycares in Zionsville, Carmel, and Westfield. The rate, essential worker discount, live video stream, daily updates, and small teacher to child ratio was a game changer. Her teachers are very down to earth, attentive, and constantly giving her hugs whenever she comes and goes. The staff truly loves my daughter and I can go to work with piece of mind knowing she is in great hands!

I believe we were misinformed on the deposit refund amount, keep an eye out for that. Importantly, the first weeks pay up front being refundable or not. Our start date was not correct either, months off. I am dissapointed in the character of this company. My advice is to confirm with written communication via email. Not the online application or phone.

KA offers a clean, organized, and updated facility. The drop-off and pick-up is easy and the location is very accessible. My child loves his teacher and I really enjoy talking with her at the beginning and end of each day. The food served is awesome and I love seeing the new things he's trying! He comes home happy everyday and that is the most important thing.

When our son was new to the Academy, he was very nervous. This was a brand new experience for him to be away from Mom and Dad or Grandma and Grandpa. Kiddie Academy did a great job of making him comfortable and even reassured me that everything was going to be fine. Each day that we dropped him off got better and better. In about a week, he couldn't way to go! He loves the activities through the day, the interactions with his teachers and loves to show off his work that he has accomplished! I have a peace of mind when I'm at work that he is being well taken care of, and if I ever want to check in I can easily jump onto the website to see a visual of the activities that are going on.

I think Kelly is a wonderful owner and the teachers truly care about the children. I am happy with the progress I have seen in my sons vocabulary and social skills and all other areas of development and education. I feel confident that my sons is in good hands at Kiddie-Academy of Chatham Hills and I would recommend them to any parents seeking quality care for their child/children.
